When money is tight,
clear consent still matters.
We want the cost of a consent to be manageable. If you are facing financial hardship, we want to hear from you and look for a way to help.
This programme is for account holders living in one of the 27 EU Member States. Being out of work or receiving income support can help explain your circumstances. We review requests individually; receiving a benefit does not automatically guarantee approval.
Support for your consent. Not a new account.
Help relates to the cost of a consent. It is not a government benefit or a promise that every future consent will be free. We will explain any support offered and what it covers before you use it.
A simple start.
- Use your account. Sign in so your request can be connected to the account that needs help.
- Tell us what you need. A short explanation, your country of residence and the form you need are the starting point.
- We review your situation. If more information is necessary, we will explain what is needed and how to provide it.
What might help explain your situation?
An official benefit decision or a confirmation of unemployment may help us assess a request. The document names, issuing authorities and benefit rules differ between countries. These are examples, not a universal list of required documents.
For example, in Germany
- An Arbeitslosengeld-Bescheid from the employment agency.
- A Bürgergeld-Bewilligungsbescheid from the Jobcenter.

Your situation deserves privacy.
Please do not email benefit statements, bank records or identity documents. Do not send any supporting document before we have explained what information is needed and the appropriate way to share it.
We do not need an account of every part of your private life. Any evidence requested should be limited to what is necessary to assess your request.
Find your country’s official information.
The European Commission provides country guides about unemployment benefits and other social security rights. Use these to find the national schemes relevant to your situation. These links explain public benefits; they are not applications for our programme.
